The Evaluation and Support Team in OTLD has released the following resources to support LEAs in the development and submission of their Standards-based Educator Evaluation and Professional Support (STEPS) Plans:

• An updated Summary Form for LEAs to submit a summary of their STEPS Plan to 51ÎÛÂþ for review. LEAs are encouraged to reach out as soon as they begin designing their STEPS Plan. OTLD will assign a liaison to talk through initial thinking and answer questions along the way. Once your LEA has fully drafted its Plan, contact OTLD again to request access to the Form.Ìý
